About Me

Liz is a licensed clinical social worker and parenting consultant. She is also the mom of 3 kids. Liz specializes in helping parents understand their children - and their own role as parents - in a new way.

Liz is passionate about helping families create the kind of caring, warm home and family life that they really want.

She has an expertise in parenting and child development, with a particular interest in the importance of reducing our collective anxiety around the natural processes of childhood.

With over 20 years of work experience with children and families, as well as hands-on experience as the mom of 3, Liz understands the stresses and challenges parents today are under. Her goal is to provide you with actionable tools that you can readily use in your own home.

Liz received her BA in Child Development from the Eliot-Pearson Department of Child Study and Human Development at Tufts University, and a Masters in Social Work from Columbia University.
